My school district has Maestro Theatre listed as an approved vendor. Can I write my PO to Maestro Theatre to buy the instructional resources on Maestrotheatre.com?

No, Maestro Theatre is a business owned by Rick Garcia and specializes in workshops and clinics for theatre.

Maestro Theatre Publications, LLC is a partnership with Renee Buchanan, Mandy Epley, Rick Garcia and Patty MacMullen that specializes in instructional materials for theatre education.

Please send vendor paperwork to Mandy@Maestrotheatre.com if you need to add Maestro Theatre Publications, LLC to your district’s approved vendor list.

I need a W9 and or a sole source letter to make a purchase. Can you send me those documents?

YES. Please email your request for a copy of a signed W-9 or sole source letter to Mandy@Maestrotheatre.com and copies will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours.

Is this a book? Does it have an ISBN#?

The instructional materials are digital downloads for you to open, save, read using a computer, phone or tablet and print if you choose. No printed copies will be sent to you. The product is an electronic book. There is no physical or printed book that will be sent to you.

What do I need to do to purchase the materials? How can I contact Maestro Theatre Publications, LLC?

You can purchase the materials with a credit card on maestrotheatre.com where you can upload a tax exempt form (if applicable) and enter your name and e-mail to receive access to the materials. Usernames and passwords will be emailed to you and DVDs will be mailed to the address listed.

You can submit a purchase order to Mandy@Maestrotheatre.com with your tax exempt form and the name/s and email/s of the teachers on the campus purchasing the material.  Usernames and passwords will be emailed to you to access the materials and DVDs will be mailed to the address listed on the purchase order.

How long will it take to get the materials?

Purchase Order

Once your purchase order is received, two emails will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. One email will contain your username and password and the second email will is your purchase receipt, and links to download the digital materials that you ordered. Your purchase includes two downloads of the materials that you purchased. When you open the material, either on a computer, tablet or phone that is considered a (1) download. Please note that you must save a copy of your materials for future use. If you purchased Package 1 or 3 the DVDs will be mailed to you 7-10 days after your purchase order is processed.

Online Credit Card Purchase

Once you’ve completed your registration and online purchase you will immediately receive two emails. One email will contain your username and password and the second email will is your purchase receipt, and links to download the digital materials that you ordered. When you open the material directly from the Maestro Theatre website, either on a computer, tablet or phone that is considered a (1) download. How do I access the material after I get the email with my username and password?

Go to maestrotheatre.com. From the main menu on the top of the page click on Account->Login. When the login page loads enter your username and password. Upon login you will be on your Account page where you will see the buttons “Account”, “Profile”, “Purchases”, “Downloads”, “Invoices”. Click on Downloads to access your purchased materials.

Can I participate in the Maestrotheatre.com forum without purchasing materials.  

NO. Although the Maestro Theatre Publications, LLC blogs are emailed to a variety of people and posted on Facebook, Twitter and other social media for people to read, the Maestrotheatre.com forum is only open to educators who have purchased the resources.

I’ve lost my password, how do I reset it?

Password Reset

  • Go to http://maestrotheatre.com/account/log-in
  • Click on “Lost your password? ”  http://maestrotheatre.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
  • Enter your email address click the “Get New Password” button
  • Check your email for a new message with subject – [Maestro Theatre Publications] Password Reset
  • In that email is a link after the line “To reset your password, visit the following address:”
  • Click on the link and the page will open in your browser or copy/paste the link to your browser
  • You can use the password that is in the “New password” box (copy it and save it for future use) or click in the box and enter a password you wish to use
  • Click “Reset Password” button
  • Click on this link or copy/paste to your browser which is Maestro Theatre->Account->Log In from the homepage menu http://maestrotheatre.com/account/log-in
  • Enter your Username/Password then click the “Log In” button

How can I purchase or renew my membership to the online forum MAESTRO TALK?

You may purchase or renew a one year subscription to our forum, MAESTRO TALK, by going to our online store.  The forum membership is $40.  See Package #10 for details.
